I have 25 years in very high end hospitality as a chef aboard private yachts, a Master’s degree in Fine Art, a Bachelor’s in creatve writing. I’m a reiki master, a laughter yoga leader, and a meditation instructor. I bring all of the professional expertise—and fun— to your workshop event.
